Privacy Policy
Together ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by ZEBRA LABS LTD EOOD. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Together app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Together, you agree to this policy.
What Together does
Together is a private, shared daily-challenge calendar app. An organizer creates a calendar with between 1 and 31 days and sets one prompt per day. The organizer invites members with a code and approves them before they join. Members post photos or videos for each day, and can comment on and react to other members' posts. Content in a calendar is visible only to the members approved to that calendar.
Information we collect
- Account and sign-in information. We use Clerk to handle sign-in. You can sign in with email, Apple, or Google. Clerk processes the credentials for sign-in; we receive and store your account identifier and the display name and avatar you choose.
- Calendar content. The calendars you create or join, including prompts, dates, and membership.
- Photos, videos, comments, and reactions. The photos, videos, comments, and reactions you submit to a calendar.
- In-app notifications. Notifications about activity in your calendars, such as new posts, comments, and approvals.
- Reports and blocks. Reports you make about content or people, and the people you block, so we can review reports and hide blocked people's content from you.
- Purchases. If you upgrade a calendar, a record of the purchase (product, store transaction ID, date and the calendar it applies to). Apple or Google processes the payment; we never receive your card details. We keep purchase records after account deletion where the law requires it for tax, refunds or fraud prevention.
- Push notification device tokens. If you allow push notifications, we store a device token so we can deliver them.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate Together: to create and run your calendars, show content to approved members, deliver in-app and push notifications, and let organizers manage membership and moderate content.
We do not run ads in Together, we do not sell your data, and we do not use third-party tracking or advertising services.
Who can see your content
Content you post to a calendar is visible only to the members approved to that same calendar. It is not public and is not shared with people outside your calendar.
How we store and host your information
Together is hosted on Cloudflare. We use Cloudflare Workers to run the app, Cloudflare D1 as our database, and Cloudflare R2 to store photos and videos. Push notifications are delivered through the Expo push service, which relays them to Apple's push notification service (APNs) or Google's push notification service (FCM) depending on your device. Purchases are verified through RevenueCat, which receives your account identifier and store transaction details.
Children's privacy
Together is not intended for children under the age of 13, or under 16 in EU countries where national law sets that age for digital consent. We do not knowingly collect information from children under this age. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us at [email protected] so we can remove it.
Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account at any time from within the app: go to You → Delete account. Deleting your account removes your profile, your avatar, the photos and videos you submitted, your comments and reactions, and any calendars you organize, including the contributions other members posted in them. Deleting your account cannot recall copies that other members have already downloaded or saved outside the app. See the Support page for full details.
Your choices
You can control push notifications through your device settings. You can remove your own content, block people, or delete your account at any time in the app.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above when we do.
