LEGAL
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Together, operated by ZEBRA LABS LTD EOOD. By creating an account or using Together, you agree to these Terms.
What Together is
Together is a private, shared daily-challenge calendar app. An organizer creates a calendar with between 1 and 31 days and one prompt per day. The organizer invites members with a code and approves each one before they join. Members post photos or videos per day, and can comment on and react to other members' posts.
Your account
You must sign in to use Together, using email, Apple, or Google through our sign-in provider, Clerk. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Together only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects the other members of your calendars. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable, and not to abuse, harass, impersonate, or threaten other users.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive conduct
Together has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. This includes, without limitation, content or conduct that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or that promotes violence or illegal activity.
- Any member can report a contribution, a comment, or another user, directly in the app.
- An organizer can hide content and remove members from their calendar at any time. Any member can block another person to hide their content.
- We review reported content and reported users within 24 hours of the report.
- Where a report is upheld, we remove the offending content and remove the offending user from the app.
See the Support page for how to report content or block a user, and how to contact us directly about a report.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, comments, and reactions you post. By posting content to a calendar, you allow Together to store and display that content to the other approved members of that calendar, so the app can work as intended. Content is visible only to approved members of the same calendar, not to the public.
Paid calendars
Calendars are free for up to three people. An organizer can upgrade a single calendar with a one-time in-app purchase through the App Store or Google Play. An upgrade applies only to the calendar it was bought for and does not renew. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. If a purchase is refunded, the calendar returns to its previous plan: nobody is removed, but no new people can be approved above that plan's limit.
Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from You → Delete account in the app. Deleting your account removes your profile, avatar, submitted photos and videos, comments, reactions, and any calendars you organize, including the contributions other members posted in them. We cannot recall copies of your content that other members have already downloaded or saved outside the app before deletion.
Termination
We may suspend or remove access for any account that violates these Terms, including the zero-tolerance policy above, at our discretion and without prior notice.
No ads, no selling your data
Together does not run ads, does not sell your data, and does not use third-party tracking. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how we use it.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Together is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. ZEBRA LABS LTD EOOD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, to the extent permitted by the laws of Bulgaria.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above when we do. Continued use of Together after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
